                Come and Experience the Magic of the Lanna Kingdom at the Old Chiang Mai cultural center. Opening in April of 1971, we were pioneers in the idea of the Kantoke Dinner Restaurant, which allows guests to experience northern food while viewing cultural and hill tribe shows.

                Leave the city behind and relax, carried along the cool waters of the River Ping.  Enjoy the ever-changing scene: resplendent teak houses, rural greenery and sunny-faced kids scrambling into the water with shouts of glee. Stop at a local farmer’s house and see for yourself the cultivation of jasmine rice and a variety of herbs for use both in medicine and cookery. Enjoy a snack of seasonal fresh fruit and savor the refreshing taste of lemon-grass and other herb juices.

                                         RIV-02 DINNER RIVER CRUISE
                    Activities :  Thai dinner along the River Ping by your own menu.
                               Time : 07.00 p.m. – 09.00 p.m. (1.30 hrs. Duration)
                Dinner Cruise At 7 p.m. each evening the Mae Ping Dinner Cruise leaves the restaurant jetty and a delicious Thai dinner served on board the special 30-seater craft.  Cruise slowly along the River Ping and experience the romantic magic of Chiang Mai by night.  Set menu or your own choice of Thai dinner is served.  Return to the jetty at 9 p.m. (Special lunch cruise also undertaken for group or party bookings

                Visit a famous Thai handicraft at Sankampang and see Exquisite high- fired stoneware being handmade by traditional method (Thai silk, silverware, umbrella's factory, jewelry's factory, teakwood carving and lacquerware)

                                                   Elephants at Work

                Visit the Elephant's Camp to see how trained elephants are used to help in lumber works then appreciate a beautiful Orchid Farm, one of Chiang Mai's favorite spots.

                Visit Chiang Dao cave and after that drive to Wat Thaton and visit Akha Hilltribe Village.Then walk to Karen Long Neck Village.On the way back visit Hmong Hilltribe Village and orchid farm.
